Refund Policy

Purchases are not refundable and we will not refund or credit for any Product or Service rendered unless you provide credible evidence to us to prove that you have been wrongly billed or such other circumstances on a “case to case” basis as we may decide in our sole and absolute discretion. 

We will notify you and let you know if a refund was approved or not. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method if it is approved. Please be aware that it could take some time for your bank or credit card to process the refund.
